Rental Rates:
These rates may be revised at any time so please contact us for confirmation of the current rates. Specific dates of seasons refer to the date of overnight stay.
The following rates include: rental fee, real estate agent's commission, strata levies/gastos comunes, municipal taxes, water, gas, TV, unlimited wifi.

Security Bond:
When you sign the rental agreement you will be asked to pay a refundable Security Bond. We may also ask you to provide credit card details for security. The bond covers any damage to the property & furnishings beyond normal wear & tear, and as well damage to, loss of or destruction of the property or its furnishings and inclusions. The security bond amount is 30% of rental, minimum bond is US$1000 and maximum bond US$5000.

Terms:
1. The minimum rental period is 1 week (6 nights).
2. The above rental rates are not inclusive of electricity usage by the tenant. Electricity usage will be charged in addition to the rental rates above.
3. The above rental rates are not inclusive of cleaning charges. Cleaning will be charged in addition to the rental rates above, in accordance with the length of your stay and the amount of cleaning required at the end of your tenancy (ie. how clean you leave the apartment, how many people have stayed in the apartment, whether you wash the sheets and kitchenware, etc.). Cleaning charges will be assessed at the end of your tenancy at the time you vacate the apartment.
4. All payments are in US$.
5. All monthly rental payments are to be maintained one month in advance. Rentals of 1 calendar month or less must be paid in full in advance.
6. The above rental rates include cable television and ADSL internet service to the apartment.
7. Maid service to the apartment can be provided at an additional charge.
8. Maximum occupancy: 5 persons. Extra overnight guests are not permitted.
9. Pets are NOT permitted.
10. Parties are absolutely prohibited.
11. The building has a doorman.
12. The use of the property, its fixtures and furnishings is entirely at any renter's, user's or visitor's risk. The owners or any agent acting on behalf of the owners of the apartment will not be held responsible for:
- any injury to a renter, user, visitor, guest, tradesperson or other person, or
- any loss or damage to a renter's, user's, visitor's, guest's, tradesperson's or other person's belongings,
to or at the apartment, during the rental term of the apartment, or arising from the occupancy, use, visitation to or any work at the apartment.
13. Rental or use of the apartment implies acceptance of the above terms by any renter, user, guest, visitor, or any other person that may rent or be at the apartment during the rental or occupancy period.
